Bees NGO Job 2024: Bij NGO published new recruitment circular for 900 posts. Bangladesh Extension Education Services (Biz) has published a recruitment circular. Biz is a microfinance organization. In order to expand the activities of the said organization, applications are invited from the candidates of different places of Bangladesh such as Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur and districts of Rajshahi division for the following posts.

To contribute to the development of the country, it has been successfully implementing various developmental activities including microfinance, agriculture, health, education, social security with the financial support of various donor organizations for a long time. The organization is successfully operating in all the divisions of the country such as: Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions. Biz's micro financing program will urgently recruit manpower for the following posts.
Field Officers: Grade-I (500 people)
Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum Graduation Pass. Experience in microfinance preferred. Age should be between 22 to 32 years as on 30-06-2024. Pay Allowances and Commencement Benefits: Monthly Pay Allowance for this post including house-rent, medical allowance and other allowances will be Rs.36,000/- to Rs.42,000/- depending on location after regularization.
Field Officers: Grade-II (400 people)
Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum HSC pass. Experience in microfinance preferred. Age should be between 20 to 32 years as on 30-06-2024.
Pay Allowances and Commencement Benefits: Monthly pay for this post including house rent, medical allowance and other allowances will be Rs.34,000/- to Rs.40,000/- depending on location after regularization.
Brief Responsibilities for both posts: Must be interested in organizing association office, management of association office, savings collection, loan transactions, development activities of association members like agriculture, health, education, social security activities with backward sections of the society in Biz-e-Com' areas.
As Security: Field Officer Grade-I has to deposit Rs.25,000/- as Security at the time of joining. 24,000/- to be deposited as security at the time of joining Field Officer Grade-II. In case of discharge from service after six months of joining the service, the security deposit is refundable at the end of the service without any profit.

Benefits: Attendance of Pre-Recruitment Skill Test/Training for first 1 month after joining both posts. 8950/- to 9450/- will be paid as honorarium during this period. After 1 month, appointment as Apprentice Officer will be given on the basis of satisfactory evaluation. Apprentice period of 3 months during this period, Apprentice Allowance will be paid at the rate of Rs.21,000/- per month for the post of Field Officer-1 and Rs.20,000/- for the post of Field Officer Grade-2. On successful completion of the 3 months apprenticeship period will be permanent in the business and will be entitled to the salary and allowances mentioned in the place. In addition to the staff salary appointed as per the employment policy of the organization, two festival bonuses, (each equal to the basic salary) Baisakhi allowance, Contributory Provident Fund (10% of own and 10% of the organization i.e. 20% of the total basic salary of each officer), two gratuities (basic per year Double Salary), Performance Incentive, Distance Allowance, Motorcycle Allowance, Annual Pay Increment, Mobile Phone Allowance, PRL- (Benefits like almost pension in government service, 10/12 months full pay respectively on completion of 25/30 years of service) , BSSP (Biz Staff Protection Programme), BLF (Biz Loan Fund), Staff Welfare Allowance, Group Insurance will be availed.
